The Vulnerable beginning

As a trained immunologist, my life was dedicated to the microscopic: studying how plants can heal the human body. But as my career progressed into the fast-paced corporate world, I hit a wall.

Like many of you, I faced corporate burnout. I was exhausted, my focus was slipping, and my digestion was a mess. I turned to plant proteins to help, but I traded one problem for another: the bloat. I felt heavy, sluggish, and frustrated that 'healthy' nutrition felt so uncomfortable.

I knew there had to be a way to get the protein my body needed without the digestive tax. I didn't just want a supplement; I wanted a solution that worked with human biology, not against it.

I went back to my roots. I remembered Makhana - the ancient Indian superfood my family had used for generations. In traditional wisdom, it was the ultimate recovery food: light, airy, and incredibly gentle on the gut.

Using my background in R&D, I began to bridge the gap. We didn't just 'add' Makhana; we utilized Bio-active Makhana to soften the protein matrix, making it easier for enzymes to break down. We combined it with 45+ science-backed ingredients like Ashwagandha and Spirulina to create a blend that supports the whole body - from gut health to mental focus.
