Arigoy US Return Policy
At Arigoy, we stand behind the quality of our plant-based nutrition products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make returns as simple and transparent as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened & Unused Products Only: For safety and quality reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products (due to safety and regulatory guidelines for dietary supplements).
- Products not purchased directly from us.arigoy.com or our official Amazon storefront.
- Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and request a return (if eligible) for the original item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.us@arigoy.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support.us@arigoy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
