Arigoy Return & Refund Policy

At Arigoy, we stand behind the quality of our plant-based nutrition products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we make returns simple and transparent.

1. General Returns (Unopened & Unused Products)

Who’s eligible:

  • Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or partially used products (for safety and regulatory reasons).
  • Products not purchased directly from arigoy.com or our official Amazon storefront.
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To get a different product, place a new order and request a return (if eligible) for the original item.

  • Shipping costs are excluded.
  • Limit one trial per customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.us@arigoy.com with photos.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support.us@arigoy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
