1. General Returns (Unopened & Unused Products)
Who’s eligible:
- Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or partially used products (for safety and regulatory reasons).
- Products not purchased directly from arigoy.com or our official Amazon storefront.
- Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.
Refunds:
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- To get a different product, place a new order and request a return (if eligible) for the original item.

- Our team will provide return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive the product (if applicable) and inspect the packaging.
- Shipping costs are excluded.
- Limit one trial per customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.us@arigoy.com with photos.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email support.us@arigoy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
